If we want to get daisy keech hourglass workout results I woke up before the sun and did a quick stretch. Next, I went to the track for a short jog. Then I went home and ate breakfast before heading to the gym to start my ab workout routine.
1) The first exercise was a plank, which I held for 15 seconds with my hands on some weights. 2) Next was bicycle crunches where I alternated sides every 10 reps, holding for 10 seconds in each position. 3) For alternating leg lifts, I started with 10 reps on each side then increased by 5 reps per set until I reached 25 reps on each side.
